Day 57 – Sare - Ainhoa

7 miles hike that is more like a walk through the country side. It is a nice change of pace walking though villages and discovering the charm of the Basque Country.
I found many blackberries along the way today and I ate a LOT of them. Yum !
In the afternoon I am joined by some friends : Jean-Marc and Sophie who will be hiking with me for a couple of days. Once again it is nice to catch up.

Randonnée de 12km qui ressemble plus à une promenade à travers la campagne. C'est un bon dépaysement de marcher à travers les villages et de découvrir le charme du Pays Basque.
J'ai trouvé beaucoup de mûres sur le chemin aujourd'hui et j'en ai mangé BEAUCOUP. Miam !
L'après-midi je suis rejoint par un couple d’amis : Jean-Marc et Sophie qui vont randonner avec moi pendant quelques jours. Encore une fois, c'est agréable de se rattraper le temps perdu !
